One Year Since the Blog was Started!

It's hard to believe, but it has been one year since we started the blog! I hope you are enjoying the pictures and updates.

The babies just crack me up. Avery has learned how to hold a rag in front of her face to play "Peek-a-Boo." This afternoon I was sitting in my chair eating a snack, and I heard Avery laughing really loudly. I looked over and she was playing "Peek-a-Boo" with Adam! He was just sitting there looking at her, and she was holding up the rag then dropping it...over and over. It was so funny!

The boys are often playing in the same area. They love to stand up to the little activity tables at the same time and play. It is so cute. I have included a picture of the boys and of all three doing that.

We had some visitors today. A little girl, Emma, who is 8 was feeding Adam. He LOVED her! He was flirting so hard! Here is also a picture of them.

Aaron is so sweet! He loves to gives hugs and to be held. Now sometimes when you are holding him, he will pat you on the back too. I have also seen him patting Adam and Avery.

John and I know how blessed we are, and we thank God every day for the babies and for all of you who have prayed for us and given us support! Ms. Chelsea will be leaving us in another week to start the next phase of her life. (She's moving to Fort Worth to take a marketing job while she goes to Grad school). Please pray for her and that God will find someone special to start taking care of the babies.

I know...it's been two weeks since I updated!

Geez...we've been busy! I have been working many hours and the babies have been playing, teething, and fighting ear infections. So..it has been a crazy two weeks!

Sorry I haven't even made time to try and upload that video--it's on my list!

The babies will be 11 months old tomorrow! It has gone by so incredibly fast. We are just so blessed and so thankful for their health and continued growth. They are truly amazing babies, and John and I are so glad to be parents!

We went swimming for the first time last week. The babies really enjoyed the water. I'm hoping to get them a little splashing pool for our backyard this week. I think they would enjoy playing in the water on these HOT days!

I told you that the boys are crawling, so everyone is officially "Mobile" now! The boys don't get into a hurry getting anywhere, but Avery is all over the place as fast as she can go. I love it!

Aaron and Adam Crawled!!

Aaron started crawling on Thursday of last week! He is going about 3-5 feet now without stopping. The funny thing is, he doesn't really seem in a hurry to get anywhere! He is more content to hang out in the floor and play with stuff close to him.

Adam crawled two "steps" today! He has been working so hard at it the past week. We are so proud! Also, Adam has pulled up a few times.

Sunday night we got the best video of the boys in their first official wrestling match! It was so funny! They were both laughing out loud while grabbing and rolling all over each other. I'm going to try to upload the video tomorrow.

Bath times Three!

We bathed all three babies at once on Sunday morning just for fun! The babies had fun splashing each other. It was great!





















I took these pictures outside last Friday. Look at Avery cutting those eyes--see what I get to look forward to when she is about 11! She was actually turning her head to look at the dogs when I took the picture. She wasn't even mad!
